Delivery Information

At UrbanNest Global, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read our delivery terms carefully.

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Within India: Orders are delivered within 3–4 business days.

  • International: Orders outside India are delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

2. Delivery Charges

  • India: Delivery is free of cost across all locations.

  • International: Delivery charges are applicable and calculated based on the destination country at the time of checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes will be borne by the customer.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS along with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this to track your delivery status online until it reaches you.

5. Delivery Exceptions

  • Remote or restricted locations may require additional time for delivery.

  • In case of unforeseen delays due to weather, courier issues, or customs, we will keep you updated promptly.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
